Con un par de días de haber retomado la rutina me vuelvo a sentir ágil, flexible y con energía. Mis rutinas favoritas son las de Eliza Coolsma, una maestra holandesa. Sus rutinas son cortas pero muy completas. De hecho, el que sean tan cortas es una ventaja, pues puedo combinar dos o tres. Además, suelen ser juguetonas, creativas y divertidas. Se las recomiendo mucho.

All this week I've been getting back on Mexican time and the routines at my grandpa's. I've also gone back to my yoga routine, which had been put aside for a few days while I moved back. At least it hasn't been hard getting back on track, and now my mom joins me for yoga in the afternoons. Yesterday even my grandpa joined for a few poses (no crow pose yet). I'd love if he also joined us for meditation, but that's wishful thinking.
A couple of days into my routine I'm feeling agile, flexible and energetic. My favourite routines are Eliza Coolsma's, a Dutch teacher. Her videos are short but complete. Actually, I think that their length is an advantage, because I can mix and match the videos according to my moods and energy levels. She's also playful and very creative, so I'm always on my toes.
