October is coming to an end. All through the month I've seen people post pictures of leaves turning red and yellow, talking about the air becoming crisp, but from my own pictures you'd think we don't have that in Mexico.
True, where I live it's green year-round and mostly warm (or even hot!) Yet we also have those orange-y colors that everyone associates with fall. More than fall, though, they remind me of the up-coming Day of the Dead (I'll write about that later this week) and of our pre-Christmas celebrations (posadas), especially the punch. Yes, it does get cold enough here that we drink punch, and it's delicious!
What do you associate these colors with, if not fall?
